Tuscan Full Meal
Get your hands dirty learning how to make a full Italian meal from the antipasti to the dessert. In this class, you will learn how to make a full tuscan meal: antipasti such as the spelt salad using all the vegetables, herbs and chickpeas from our vegetable garden, pasta: ravioli, tagliatelle, pici , with different sauces , ragù, saffron, pecorino and courgette or aglione. You will then prepare salti in bocca sage, prosciutto and pork as well as chicken in Vernaccia and Saffron sauce, last but not least the wonderful tiramisù.
