Traditional Tuscan buffet
In this formula you will be able to try a full Tuscan buffer accompanied by our wines. You will begni with the antipasti: a selection of cheeses: pecorino with a selection of jams and/or honey, ricotta cheese with herbs and sundried tomatoes and natural Gorgonzola, a mix of charcuterie: Prosciutto ham, Tuscan Salami and fennel salami, a splecial crostini with Saffron and ricotta, Bruschetta with garlic and Extra-virgin Olive oil, olives andmild chilly pepper made with Vernaccia vinaigrette, and a selection of oil vegetables. Following, depending on the season, during warmer months we offer Pici all’aglione a perfect dish to valorise the wonderful thickness of our pici and the fantastic aromas and delicate taste of the Tuscan Aglione. In winter and autumn the chickpeas and spelt soup, a KM. 0 dish made entirely with products from our vegetable garden.
On a last and sweet note, the traditional Cantuccini with the Vin Santo of San Gimignano doc.
